- Payment Information: We don't collect Credit card details or billing address. All payment is processed securely through third-party payment processors (Apple Store and Google Play Store), but we do keep a copy of the transactions receipts and purchase details for verification purposes
- Identity Verification: Government-issued ID, business licenses, or other verification documents as required
2.2 Communication and Chat Data
- Messages: All communications sent through our platform's chat system, including text, images, and file attachments
- Chat Metadata: Timestamps, participant information, message delivery status, and conversation history
- Chat history: When you remove a service, its data will be deleted and no longer visible. However, messages associated with that service will be retained

- Message Deletion: You cannot delete individual messages or entire conversations

- Account Information: Retained while your account is active. After deletion all identifiable information is anonymised but entities are kept
- Chat Messages: Stored for 7 years from the date of the last message in a conversation
- Transaction Records: Kept for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes
- Usage Data: Aggregated usage statistics retained indefinitely
- Legal Hold: Information may be retained longer if required for legal proceedings or regulatory compliance
8. Requesting Account Deletion
Users can delete their account at any time directly from within the app by navigating to the Account Settings and selecting Delete Account. If you prefer to request account and data deletion outside the app, you can do so by contacting us via email: support@koneckta.com
Please include the email address associated with your account in your request. Once we verify your identity, we will permanently delete your account and any associated personal data in accordance with our data retention and privacy policies.
