1. Introduction

Welcome to Koneckta! These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, which facilitates connections between consumers seeking services ("Consumers") and service providers ("Providers"). By accessing or using Koneckta, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (digital age of consent in Ireland defined in the Data Protection Act 2018) to use the Koneckta platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that all information you provide is truthful and accurate.

3. Use of the Platform

Koneckta allows Consumers to browse and connect with Providers offering various services. While we strive to maintain a safe and functional platform, Koneckta does not verify the identity, qualifications, or background of Providers or Consumers. Users engage with each other at their own risk and are responsible for conducting their own due diligence. Koneckta is not a party to any agreement between Consumers and Providers and shall not be held liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from such interactions.

Koneckta may collect accurate location data from your device to help match you with nearby services or Providers. This data is used to enhance the functionality of the platform and is never shared with other users in its precise form. Only an approximate location is displayed publicly to protect your privacy.

4. Account Responsibilities

Users are required to register for an account to access certain features of the platform. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account. Koneckta reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Posting false, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Infringing on any third party’s rights, including intellectual property rights
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform without authorization

6. Provider Responsibilities

Providers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when offering services through the platform. Providers are responsible for maintaining truthful, complete, and current information about their offerings. Any misrepresentation or misconduct may result in suspension or removal from Koneckta.

6.1 Tax and Financial Responsibility

By using the Koneckta platform to offer services, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling your tax obligations. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Reporting and paying any applicable income tax, VAT, or other taxes related to the services you provide.
• Registering with relevant tax authorities as required in your jurisdiction.

Koneckta acts only as a platform to connect service providers with consumers and does not act as an employer, agent, or financial intermediary. As such:

• We do not withhold or remit taxes on your behalf.
• We do not issue tax forms or income reports for your earnings.
• We do not provide tax or accounting advice.

We recommend consulting with a qualified tax professional to ensure compliance with your local tax laws.

7. Service and Request Rules

When you create and manage services (as a Provider) or requests (as a Consumer) on Koneckta, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, lawful, and kept up to date. By publishing a service or request, you agree to the following rules:

• When you remove a service or request, its data will be deleted and no longer visible to other users.
• Messages associated with a removed service or request will still be retained and remain accessible to the users who participated in those conversations.
• Reviews linked to a removed service will remain available to other users as part of our community transparency and trust system.
• Anonymous associations related to removed services or requests may be kept for analytics and statistical purposes.

By using Koneckta, you acknowledge and accept that content you create may continue to exist in limited or anonymized forms after removal, to preserve the integrity of past interactions and community trust.

8. Subscriptions, Payments, and Promo Codes

Some features of Koneckta may require a paid subscription. All payments are handled through secure third-party processors (Apple and Google Play). By subscribing, you agree to the pricing, billing, and renewal terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Promo codes and referral offers may be limited in duration, availability, and usage per user. Koneckta reserves the right to change or discontinue these offers at any time without notice.

9. User Content and Intellectual Property

Users may upload content such as profile photos, descriptions, and service details. By submitting content to Koneckta, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the platform. You retain ownership of your content. All other content and materials provided by Koneckta, including the logo, branding, and platform code, are the property of Koneckta or its licensors.

10. Prohibited Content

Users may not create, upload, or share any content through the app that contains or promotes:

• Violence or threats of violence
• Weapons or dangerous activities
• Graphic or disturbing imagery
• Hate speech, harassment, or abuse
• Sexual material, sexually explicit content, or nudity
• Adult services, escort offerings, or suggestive imagery
• Substances regulated by law
• Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content

We reserve the right to remove any content or listings that violate these rules and to suspend or ban users who breach this policy. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent removal from the platform

11. Disclaimers

Koneckta provides the platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. Koneckta disclaims all liability related to the services provided by third-party users of the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

Koneckta acts solely as a platform to facilitate connections between Consumers and Providers. We are not a party to any agreement, transaction, or interaction between users, and we do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any services provided through the platform.

Koneckta does not act as a payment intermediary and is not a party to any financial transaction between Consumers and Providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Koneckta and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of income, data, reputation, or goodwill, arising out of or related to:

• Your use or inability to use the platform
• Any interactions, agreements, or disputes between users, including but not limited to service quality, payment, timing, or performance
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any conduct or content of third parties using the platform

You acknowledge and agree that you use Koneckta at your own risk and that your sole remedy in case of dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the platform.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without notice or liability, if we determine that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and any user content may be deleted or archived at our discretion.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ireland.

By using Koneckta, you agree that any disputes will be handled under Irish law and waive the right to initiate proceedings in any other jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

Koneckta reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
